Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, therefore please ensure that you are happy with your choices before purchasing.
Damaged items
Items purchased in person should be checked for damage before you leave. Any damage incurred once you have left will not be covered. Damage sustained after use will not be covered.
Items damaged during the delivery process must be declared to us in writing on the day the item is delivered to you. The notification must include a photo outlining the damage and an unboxing video. Once the original damaged item has been returned we may arrange a replacement. Any further damage sustained during the return process will not be covered and may invalidate any replacements.
